Biographical Information:
I am an Assistant Professor and researcher. My areas of expertise and interest are in the fields of with expertise in curriculum and instruction, planning and assessment and teacher education. My works area, how people use spoken and written native language to construct knowledge and learning opportunities, to construct social relationships. The other way  I worked about bilingual and non bilingual in the teaching and learning of reading,  writing, listening and speaking methods in ways that have meaning for students, their families, and their communities.
The other area, the potential of classroom education (preschool through high school) for connecting academic learning and local knowledge.
I am  interested in the new ways to understand how children might acquire a repertoire of narrative and storytelling, story based practices (both spoken, written). My research and my teaching are grounded in my experiences primary class teachers where a child as a second language uses Turkish. I have taught I wanted to learn about bilingual techniques. I also directed a doctorate studies. In addition that, I studied in classroom management, multicultural education, especially drama in education method (with techniques), cooperative learning method (with techniques) and the other teaching techniques.
